1. General Terms
- Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. For internship programs, participants must be between 18 and 26 years old and have completed their studies from 2020 onwards (degree or diploma).
- Service Usage: All services, including training courses, internships, and digital solutions, are intended for personal or professional development and must not be used for unlawful purposes.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including personal details and payment information.
2. IT Training and Internship Programs
- Registration: A one-time registration fee (e.g., Rs. 1300 for internships) is required to enroll in our programs. Required documents include 4 photos, 2 copies of PAN Card, 3 copies of Aadhaar Card, and College ID.
- Stipend and Certificates: Interns may receive a stipend of Rs. 2000-2500/month, subject to program completion and performance. Certificates (e.g., internship confirmation, industrial training, completion) will be issued upon successful completion.
- Attendance: A minimum attendance of 80% is required to qualify for certificates and stipends in training and internship programs.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors based on availability and program requirements. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
3. Payment and Refunds
- Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or cash at our Bangalore and Kolar offices.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees for training programs and internships are non-refundable once the program begins. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a program is canceled by us.
- Late Payments: Late payments for ongoing courses may result in suspension from the program until the dues are cleared.
4. Code of Conduct
- Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect during training sessions, internships, and interactions with staff and peers. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination from the program without a refund.
- Use of Resources: Training materials, software, and equipment provided during courses are for educational purposes only and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
5. Digital Services and Business Solutions
- Service Agreements: For web development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting services, a separate agreement will be provided outlining project scope, timelines, and payment terms.
- Intellectual Property: All deliverables (e.g., websites, apps) created by Moon Computer Training Centre remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our digital services, including data breaches or system failures beyond our control.
6. CSR and Community Programs
- Participation: Participation in our CSR programs (e.g., skill workshops for rural youth) is voluntary and subject to availability.
- Data Usage: We may collect and use participant data (e.g., photos, testimonials) from CSR events for promotional purposes, with prior consent.
7. Termination and Cancellation
- By Participant: You may withdraw from a program by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the start date. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the program begins.
- By Us: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any program due to non-compliance with these terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.
- Program Cancellation: If a program is canceled by us, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, ID documents) to process registrations and provide services. This data will be stored securely and used only for the intended purpose.
- Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Cookies: Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience. By using our site, you consent to our cookie policy.
